Welcome to the Toddler Montessori Teachers Training program. Before enrolling in our course, please carefully review the following terms and conditions.

1.  Acceptance of Terms: By enrolling in the Toddler Montessori Teachers Training program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the program. Additionally, individuals must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

3. Registration: To register for the program, participants must complete the online registration form and submit the required payment. Registration is not complete until payment is received in full.

4. Course Materials: Upon registration and payment, participants will receive access to course materials, including lectures, readings, and assignments. These materials are for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed without permission.

5. Copyright: All course materials, including lectures, readings, and assignments, are protected by copyright laws. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or modify course materials without written permission from Toddler Montessori Teachers Training.

6. Attendance: Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and complete all assignments in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

7. Grading: Participants will be evaluated based on their performance on assignments and exams. Grades will be provided at the discretion of the course instructors and are final.

8. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

9. Confidentiality: Participants may have access to confidential information during the course of the program. Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to any third parties.

10. Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in cases where Toddler Montessori Teachers Training cancels the program or if a participant withdraws prior to the start of the program. No refunds will be issued once the program has commenced.

11. Changes to Terms: Toddler Montessori Teachers Training reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
